How I Host This Site

No funnel software. No SaaS subscriptions. No third-party form builder. This page, the subscriber capture, the welcome email — all of it runs on infrastructure I own. Here's the actual stack.

Cloudflare DNS and edge caching. Free tier. Routes hellocyn.com to the VPS. No proprietary forms, no funnels — just DNS. $0
Traefik Reverse proxy on the VPS. Routes hellocyn.com to the nginx container. Issues and renews TLS certs automatically. $0 · self-hosted
nginx Serves static HTML, CSS, JS straight from the VPS disk. Bind-mounted into the container — edit the file, refresh the page, done. $0 · self-hosted
n8n Native HTML form on the site posts to an n8n webhook. n8n writes the subscriber to the database, then sends the welcome email. No Typeform, no Zapier, no Make. $0 · self-hosted
SQLite Subscriber list lives in one SQLite file on the VPS. No database server, no managed plan, no row limits. Backed up like any other file. $0 · one file
Mailcow Self-hosted mail server on my own VPS. The welcome email you got was sent from my VPS, not from a third-party platform. I own the sender reputation. $0 · self-hosted

Hostinger VPS One VPS runs everything above. Plus a dozen other projects. The only recurring infrastructure cost on this list. The line item

Total recurring spend for this site to exist: VPS + domain + Claude API calls. Everything else is open source running on hardware I rent by the month. If I want to leave Hostinger, I move a few containers. If I want to leave Cloudflare, I change a nameserver. Nothing is locked in.

This is what "we build native" means. Your agency can run on the same architecture.
